Her book How to Read Now brought me immense pleasure, its radical politics, its vulnerability and heart I deeply admire. We talked about the politics of story, and curanderos, and the legacies of storytelling and reading which we can now correct. We joke (are very serious) about getting a tour bus for our next tour 🖤
