It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Alba white truffles grow deep in the forests of Piemonte, foraged by hand by truffle hunters and their dogs from September to December. As nature takes it’s course, some years are more plentiful and others sparser. This year, white truffles were fewer and farther between making each one even more special. Enjoy them freshly shaved atop our Uovo Raviolo while you can!
