I wanna get to the point where I don't need deep tissue. Can I get a basic swedish? What happened to "soft life”? My muscles: "NOPE." 😭 The masseuse said it was actually more of a "Rolf" massage, which goes even deeper than a regular deep tissue. This woman dug her elbows into my muscles for almost 2 hours. It hurt so good. 🥲 Also, I no longer get 50 minute massages. Those are a tease. My body will LAUGH at 50 minutes. 🤣 80+ or nah fam. It takes me 30 minutes to even start relaxing and to turn off my brain. 50 minute massages feel like a cheat. 😒 Getting a 110 min massage spoiled me, doe. 🥰 Edit: apparently the preferred term is "massage therapist."
