Wow, apologizes for the hair 🙃 ... Was gifted this velvet box filled with MAC’s velvet blur lipsticks! Powder kiss is my all time fave lipsticks since the originals came out. This new line makes me feel like products are ~progressing~ I know long wear, I know smooth application. It’s standard. It got both 12 hour wear and seamless application. But, what sets this apart from the lippy fam is that when you apply it, it feels like how you apply foundation to your favourite primer — Its got grip. Feels like the perf fusion between lip primer and lip shade in one. Also, super lightweight. I was trying to feel out how I felt about it. Then I read the “about me” card which pretty much confirmed my thoughts - staying power, comfort, grip, smooth, bold, even down to mentioning how there wasn’t a need for primer.
