Recipe below ⬇️ 🙌🏻🍷Cheers! — “Are you gorging yourselves on this bumper crop of blackberries? Here in Devon they are just getting better and better (and bigger and sweeter). I’m definitely having another good pick this weekend. Meanwhile I thought you might like to see this lovely “Brambellini", which I shared with our fantastic ferments and preserves guru @dethample. We lightly cooked a few good handfuls of blackberries and sieved them to remove the pips. Whisking in a pinch of sugar is optional (we didn’t). We then chilled this luscious juice, poured a generous slug into glasses, and topped it up with some equally chilly fizz, in this case our lovely River Cottage Organic Sparkling Wine (which you can buy from our brilliant wine-making partners Oxney - link in my bio). Rachel and I decided it was one of the most delicious “bellini variations” we’ve ever tried.
