I finally had the courage to do it! There is now some red in our Christmas decor! Albeit very minimal, I feel like I can finally say I have a classic Christmas color scheme in our kitchen. And while I may add more red in our living room, it will still be pretty subtle, and personally, I’m ok with that! My goal was to start adding more classic red and green to our Christmas decor so that our son could grow up having a more traditional Christmas experience. And while the decor is just one element of this, the biggest and most important aspect is sharing with him the true meaning of Christmas. Although you will see a lot of Christmas decorating pictures and videos both here and on my blog, that is not what is most important at Christmas time.
