This is the only song on the album that I wrote during the recording process. It came together pretty quickly and seemed in need of a different type of instrumentation. This song features @tennesseeschwartz on violin, @joshua.rilko on mandolin, and @geoffsaundersmusic on bass and cello, three amazing musicians who, for the purposes of this song, may be referred to as the Hollow Hills String Band 🌭 I’m very grateful to the Hollow Hills String Band for their contributions to this recording. All of their creativity and playing made this song much, much stronger and created an entirely different sonic landscape for the album’s final song. Thank you guys all so much.
