I was contemplating if I should come back and continue running this page.. Last month I was lost.. and my mental health was at a all time low. I was hopeful for the new month but was hit with tragic news with the death of my father. Our relationship wasn’t the best, but deep down I did have love for him. Deep down Im not okay. My posts and how I carry myself made it seem like I had everything together but honestly I don’t. I don’t know what im doing at this point but i have hope. Hope is what keeps us alive. I hope you keep going even when you’re at your lowest. I hope you know that you matter and this world needs you, I need you. It's okay to not be okay, sometimes you have to take it one day at a time, and have hope that everything will be okay 💕
