Perspective. With this seasons big goal right around the corner, it sucks pretty bad to be spending my 3rd day in bed after a bout of food poisoning. I can’t actually believe how many sick days I’ve had this year - hopefully this will be it for a while! When you pour so much energy into performing at your best, being sick so close to race day feels like a big slap in the face 🤦‍♀️ But it is what it is. And at the end of the day this is just another race of many to come. Who knows, maybe this “extreme” taper will benefit me when racing 100 km around Mont Blanc 😅 Time will tell! @arcteryx @elflamingofilms
