The bathroom is DONE 🥳😍 started demo on 04Sep and finished today, 11Oct. Not too shabby 😂 We took a nice little break over the spring/summer from working in the house, but jumped right back into it Labor Day weekend. The house is definitely modern farmhouse, but I knew I wanted a bit more modern than farmhouse for this bathroom. we originally renovated the bathroom back in 2016 when we first bought the house and it was our only full bath, at the time. At the completion of the renovation last year, we had 4 full baths. We knew when the time came, we would convert this into powder room (half bath). As always, I have mike my ideas, told him to trust the process and he absolutely killed it ❤️❤️ I love the floating vanity look, so when I first asked to add a small wall, he initially said no, fearing it would make the room feel smaller. To compromise and get my wall, we decided to put in a barn door so you would lose the space by the normal door. My sister in law @kelleyelizabethantonuccio (go check her page out!!) suggested doing the wood front to tie in more of the wood accents we have throughout the house. She nailed it!
