To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, #Carhartt is proud to continue its “For The Love Of Labor” grant program, which partners with local grassroots organizations to provide boots on the ground help to aid veterans and active duty service members transition into great union jobs, ensuring their return to civilian life sets them up for future success, for themselves and their families. The fund helps helps veterans find fulfilling work, team support and camaraderie with skilled trade union jobs for the hard-working men and women eager to find new roles as they strike out into the next frontier of their lives. Our commitment to helping unions train veterans as apprentices is an ongoing and sustaining effort that solves two problems. Opportunities for those who have served their country, and badly needed skilled trade jobs that desperately need to be filled.
