Finding the right rhythm for Ashbury, Ashbury Terraces sits within a heritage-listed conservation area and sensitively references the pre-and post-war homes that feature Federation and Californian bungalow architecture. Neighbouring a nearby oval that was originally the site of a brickworks, from which much of the bricks used to build the suburb were created, generous outdoor space bleeds into Ashbury Terraces with wide through-site links and a plethora of outdoor zones.
