Monday Motivation 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 From a very young age I was conditioned into low self esteem and zero self worth. It turned into a life long battle with mental health and toxic, abusive relationships because that’s all I knew. But as cliche as it sounds, what doesn’t kill you definitely only makes you stronger. I stand here today holding the secrets to being unbreakable. And I get to use them everyday to help add value to as many people as I can. I’m really grateful for such a past. So much experience in such a young woman. I used to be ashamed and never wanted people to find out or remember that part of my life.
