“A dream is a wish your heart makes” Before I get into this little story...I just wanna say... Ivy Arrow is 6months old!!! Let that sink in 🥹🥹🥹 #Storytime I never grew up celebrating Christmas, (a decision my family made based on their religious beliefs at the time) in fact, my first ever Christmas was when I was about 14yrs old thanks to my older sister who had 2 sons (they’re big men now but at the time, they were little) I remember how magical it was for them and in turn for us!!! The truth is, I don’t feel robbed of any of the magic of the season, in fact, as a kid, I didn’t even know that families across the world we’re celebrating with gatherings and gifts. But, I also don’t feel like I missed out either because I had my family, and whatever we used to do on those days, was more than enough. Fun fact, because of this, I have never celebrated a Christmas with all my siblings in one space 😂 To be honest, I love Christmas because of the memories I’ve made in the last 10yrs as an adult with our family and this Christmas is super special because it’s Ivy Arrow’s first and it’s so wonderful to have her here to complete our puzzle. So, even though OUR ENTIRE family won’t be together this year, (and I know that’s true for many of you) let’s make the most of this wonderful time and spread the love and cheer for the rest of the year and beyond. #HappyDecember 📸 @azi.photography
