The woman in this photo is a true champion of civil rights. This is @helenziareal, who along with Liza Chan and Lily Chin spearheaded the effort to win #justiceforvincent Chin after he was brutally attacked. From then to today she has been a tireless advocate for all Americans, and I couldn’t be more honored to have listened to the wisdom she shared borne of terrible tragedy. Thanks to the ACJ for organizing such a powerful, meaningful weekend of events, and thank you, Helen, for all you do.
