My fun out east was daily @tracyandersonmethod Sag Harbor. 8:20am Mymode as much as I possibly could. I swear it gave my body such a boost—I feel stronger and leaner just one month later. Having Tracy teaching out here felt like such a treat. Getting to take her class and watch her create and move in real time is the best kind of motivation. Also walked away with a new workout style—basketball shorts and sweats for the win. And then my other daily rituals-Provisions. Grocery shopping every day because their curation is so good. Always followed by @carissasthebakery for pickled rye (the best) and an iced matcha- they had @tachepistachiomilk- can't resist. I thrive on structure and daily rituals and this was mine♥️
