I love finding simple cultural recipes that I can incorporate into my daily meals. Not only that but itโs pretty affordable and reheats weโll or can be shared amongst a few. Originating in North Africa, Shakshuka can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is vegetarian friendly, which is ideal if youโre like me and want to reduce your meat consumption.
All you need is:
Red bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
Paprika, Cumin + Chili Powder
Whole peeled tomatoes
Eggs
S+P to taste
