When you step into @caffesorrentoboise you might actually feel like you’ve teleported to Italy! Caffe Sorrento is truly Boise’s best new bakery! I would go as far as to say THE BEST bakery in the area. Besides all your favorite Italian treats, they also have an incredible sandwich menu. I highly recommend the Flavia filled with arugula, barrata, tomato, pesto and the most incredible focaccia. I haven’t stopped dreaming about this sandwich since I tried it (in fact I went back 2 days after I filmed and got another 🫣)! Enjoy a classic espresso or try a blood orange or lemon soda imported straight from Italy. The blood orange 🍊 was my favorite. Extremely light and flavorful. This business is open Thursday-Sunday and usually sells out before close! So, make sure you stop in early or arrive a few minutes before opening (9 am) to secure a great spot in line and have all the choices available to you.
