The assault bike is sure to raise the heart rate and not only is it a killer calorie burning cardio workout 🥵, it is low impact which is perfect for a runner like me. On Wednesdays, the studio has a total body workout which is more my speed in terms of hitting all muscle groups whenever I can make it to a class however the assault bike ensures that you’re hitting legs even if it’s an upper body day! 💪 Try this 45 minute hiit workout before work, the studio comes equipped with showers and area to get ready. Pro tip: bring your own sweat towel (you’ll need it!) 💦
