Always be in a state of ✨gratitude✨ Some days it feels harder than others to do this, especially with the constant string of disheartening events going on in the world. But no matter who you are, or where you are in life, there should always be something for you to be grateful for. Whether it’s the roof over your head, the food in your fridge, the clean water in your cup, the people in your life, the freedoms you have to live how you want, or simply the air that you breathe; there are some (dare I say, many) people who might not even have that. Research has shown that people who practiced gratitude were a full 25 percent happier than others. One way to achieve this is by gratitude journaling, and it’s never too late to start. So I encourage you to comment just one thing you are grateful for, and maybe tomorrow you can start doing it daily on your own. ♥️
