I got snail caviar and I quite literally couldn’t wait to show you all! It looks like pearls and tastes what I would imagine the Forrest floor would taste like. Earthy with hints of pine. The Forrest floor taste gave me the inspiration to make an edible Forrest floor with micro greens, herbs, and nature themed crackers- those took FOREVER to make but I love them so much. I used date syrup, squid ink, and shiso powder to color the crackers.
