After speaking to @bodyandsoul_au a few weeks back, I’ve had many of you DM me about sharing how I’ve maintained motherhood and a corporate career, navigated professional career choices and how to stay focused when your schedule is hectic as hell. The idea of “doing it all” is still has its challenges. There are a number of ways we can overcome that. I am a huge advocate of mentors, sponsors and support programs; however, women are still underrepresented in key decision-making roles across almost all industries in the Australian workforce. While women make up half of the employees in the workforce, women comprise only: 19.4% of CEOs and 32.5% of key management positions. We have a long way to come. Love to hear from you...
