Here’s how to make it! #foodneedsfeta baked feta pasta with garlic, spinach and lemon Ingredients 1 cup garlic cloves, peeled 1 8 oz chunk Athenos Traditional Feta 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 2 cups fresh spinach 1/2 lb orzo, cooked al dente in salted water 1/2 lemon, juiced 1/4 cup pasta water 2 tbsp white balsamic glaze salt and pepper Directions Add garlic, Athenos feta, olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes to a baking dish. Bake at 400F degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and lightly mash up the garlic and then stir the feta into it. Add the spinach and pasta and lemon juice and stir. Add a little pasta water to make the sauce creamier. Stir until evenly combined. Plate and top with a drizzle of white balsamic glaze and fresh cracked pepper.
