It’s been forever since I’ve done a Meet the Bookstagrammer so I thought why not throw one up in honor of my Birthday today. I may be working today but I’m still going to enjoy some of my favorite things, books and NOLA! Now for the fun facts: I started this Bookstagram almost 5 years ago and have grown it into a community I just love. I’ve made some incredible friends. Some I talk to almost as much as my in person friends. I’ve gotten to meet some in real life and I am so happy I’ve gotten to squeeze them with huge in person hugs. One of my favorite things to do is find new restaurants in New Orleans and experience the atmosphere and incredible food. I love fashion and always wish I had followed that dream of working for one of the big luxury houses. I’m also your go to girl when it comes to handbags. I love to chat about them and collect them. If you are in the market for a new one let me know and I’ll happily provide and con all the bags with you. I LOVE to travel and also wish this could be my job. Paris is always a good idea but so is Capri. Planning a big birthday trip to Australia in a couple of years so if you have any recommendations I am all ears. You can usually find me weekend mornings at a local coffee shop taking book pics or just relaxing while reading before I head into work. I’m a huge romance and thriller girlie. Definitely a mood reader. Will go into slumps if the mood doesn’t hit just right. I have two adorable Labs, Murphy and Benson. You can usually catch a glimpse of their antics in my stories from time to time. My favorite time of year in NOLA is right now. The weather is perfect and there is usually some festival happening. All the food and music you could ever need. My other favorite thing to do is visit the local Indie Bookstores around town. New Orleans has so many incredible Indies. They have all been so good to me and the NOLA community. That’s all for now but I’ll try to make this a regular thing to catch up any new followers.
