Date Idea: You, me, and thirty other women. Saturday night. 25 laps under the lights. Running til’ the pace lights drop us, and we still have 15 more laps. ✨ @soundrunning puts on a race unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Though this was my first true 10k, and I had some higher expectations for myself going in, I ultimately fell far from my goals. That can be a big ole’ BUMMER. But we’ve gotta take what we can from it, pick ourselves up, and get back to work. I respect the event, and the competition more-so, and won’t stop striving for greater.
