From June 30 to July 3, the Governor's Page Program hosted cadets from the Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy ( @ncpublicsafety ). This program is a 22.5-week initiative for youth who have diverted from traditional academic pathways, helping them find success outside a traditional school setting. The cadets toured Central Prison, heard from the NC Works Commission, and learned about opportunities with the North Carolina Business Committee for Education ( @ncbce ). Congratulations to all the cadets who participated in the program and successfully graduated from the Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy last Friday!
