A little reminder to take a moment today to do something for yourself, it can be something very simple like just lay down, close your eyes and take deep breaths for 5 minutes, or maybe go outdoors for a run or walk, it can simply be walking barefoot on the grass or sand, eat something that come from the earth , be in the nature, or maybe a self neck massage.
