GRUBBING W/ @iamgia PAN CON TOMATE 3 tomatoes Olive oil Salt & pepper Bread of choice! Garlic Prosciutto Parsley and basil Shave down tomatoes to a foamy liquid and set over a fine mesh sieve to drain. Keep the skins to use in something else! Once drained add a few tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper. (Or any other spices you’d like) Toast your bread and rub with a garlic clove. Top with tomato sauce, some prosciutto is optional, and some herbs! Drizzle with oil and top with finishing salt. This is such an easy appetizer or lunch..it’s crunchy, somewhat cold, perfect for summer. Enjoy!!
