I am obsessed with creating safe, beautiful spaces to allow for a deeper inner exploration of the self and you’ve all been such an instrumental part in helping us create such a space, as well as helping us cultivate a beautiful sense of community and oneness. Thank you for showing up for yourselves so fully, open and vulnerable 🙏🏽🥰 Can’t wait to see your beautiful faces on the 28th!(Link in bio) 💕 •Repost from @sound.ofthetimes • When @tiffany.sound and I were first connected with the venue for our monthly Sunday Session, by our dear friend and long time guest @andrewjames_abdb ; I remember thinking there is no way we’ll fill this space , and do it, or the practice itself, justice. I’ve been proved wrong, and on reflection , this is less about filling the room with beautiful humans (as heart warming as that is )but filling it with a magical energy - and that happens together, with each one of us contributing. Last week opened my heart even more fully to what this experience is. Filling these special mornings with sound, tension and release, stillness and the tender vibration of our own heart beat, our own breath - is communion with our being and each other. For a boy who used to travel twice to Cathedral on a Sunday to sing for morning and evening mass (just because I wanted to , I was not religiously motivated) ; finding and creating sanctuary for myself and others on a day of restoration and reflection is a potent honor to be a part of. Thank you dear ❤️ @tiffany.sound for creating these experiences with me so intentionally. Our next experience is again, last Sunday of the month, listed now as 28th August.
