She had uneven blonde spots, green ends and banding from a permanent color shadow root done with 3 levels darker than her natural base. This video is not meant to put anyone’s work down but for educational purposes. I also want to say please stop shadow rooting clients with permanent color if they don’t have any gray hair. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ First step: @malibucpro CPR This will help reduces and remove up to three levels of unwanted permanent oxidative color pigment and helps preserve the integrity of the hair. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Second step: apply @k18hair to prep and protect the hair ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Third step: I carefully went in and took fine weaves on a diagonal up the front hairline to break up the permanent color. When the highlights were done processing I pulled each foil and blended the ends to give her an even blended blonde ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Color corrections take time and patience mainly because you want to protect the integrity of the hair.
