The PRIM Con-Temporary Bookshop And Exhibition 13th - 16th October Ground Floor Building C1 For the 2nd year, @prim.black return with their pop-up bookshop, this time in collaboration with the British luxury fashion house @burberry in the ground floor of Design District Building C1. PRIM launch a 4-day pop-up bookshop and a full programme of activities curated to show the breadth of creativity within the queer Black community. In addition to this, a premiere of PRIM's debut film 'POWER IN READING', directed by filmmaker Sannchia Gaston (@chiaseedchia) with the support of Burberry will be screened at Building C1's pop-up space alongside an exhibition by artist Cameron Ugbodu (@cameron_ugbodu). The programme also includes performances from @tawiahmusic, @kadeemtyrell and @tianamajor9. Amongst the other activities, Chloe Filani (@1.chloe.f) will host an afternoon of poetry readings with friends, Bernice Mulenga (@burneece) brings back free portrait sessions and The House of Bodega (@kikihouseofbodega) will entertain the audience with an extra special Vogue Ball.
