Tomorrow we are set to release this year's iteration of our annual grand cru, Liquid Swords. The 2022 cuvée incorporates threads of barrel-aged grisette, barrel-aged blond farmhouse ale and mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale with locally grown herbs. Alongside this year's version we will be pouring the 2020 and 2021 blends on draft! Plus, we will be digging deep into the cellar and unearthing bottles as far back as 2015!
