This was my favorite dish of the the year from @providencela. I kept on thinking about how perfect this dish was all year. A play on a couple things and an homage to the great tk oysters and pearls. This was comprised of macadamia nuts, shallots & caviar. Outrageously good. Providence is cooking some of the very best food in America right now.
