Hello it’s me, Petrina. Here is is my annual try at the @fiberuarychallenge. I make no promises that I will make it to the end of month. 😂⠀ ⠀ I am a native New Yorker. I live in Brooklyn with my amazing partner. ⠀ ⠀ I have been knitting for about 15 years. Despite how long I have been knitting, I am not very adventurous with my craft. I knit my first cable project last year and now I want to cable everything. I can’t believe I didn’t take the cable plunge sooner. My goal for this year is to figure out color work and hopefully starting my sweater. ⠀ ⠀ My true hobby is acquiring beautiful yarn. I have an amazing yarn stash! ♥ 🧶 ⠀ ⠀ I am the president of the slow knitters club and I am proud it. Sometimes I wish I moved faster, because I have been stuck on the same two projects for too long. I also think I need to work on smaller projects. ⠀ ⠀ Any other slow knitters out there? We should create a club and flaunt our slowness. ⠀ ⠀ I am an event planner. I work for a well known non-profit. I have also been know to produce some fiber events. ⠀ ⠀ This photo is an oldie, but goodie that I never posted.
