We take staff retention and development seriously, combining an industry-leading in-house fine wine training program with WSET qualifications (we’re an accredited program provider), sponsorship for Master of Wine and Sommelier programmes, and regular tastings in pre-service briefings and after service each night. The successful candidate will work closely with our General Managers and Head Chefs across our sites to support their ongoing recruitment, in addition to organising the existing training program and assisting the Directors and Head of Operations in realising our ambitious plans to develop our offering further.
