We worked on a receta de barbacoa that comes from Valparaiso Zacatecas. It was passed onto my grandmother by my grandfathers uncle. The Barbacoa was made during the celebration of my dad’s baptism. For his baptism they cooked two whole goats. The sauce for the barbacoa has tons of red chiles and a splash of tequila.
