Stop overthinking, and just do it

We spend way too much time and energy thinking about how it can go wrong rather than how it can go right. Stop overthinking and just go for it, you’re holding yourself back the longer you wait. For example, with your fitness journey, you might be overthinking about going to the gym for the first time. You can think about how you might look “dumb” because what if you’re using something improperly? What if you’re doing the workout wrong? What if people look? What if my gym outfit looks weird? And then you use these “what if” phrases so much that you just give up and don’t even go. Stop thinking, start doing.
