BACK AND BI’s day💪🏽 ——
Asides from legs and glutes, back and biceps are my favorite muscle groups to work on but I’ve been getting pretty stale with the same routine. Recently been hitting this one and been feeling kind of unstoppable afterwards 🙂↕️😮💨. I love watching these and thought I’d share my own. Give it a shot and lmk what you think!
- Medium to wide grip bent over lat pull down
- Hammer curls
- Bent over parallel grip pull down
- Single arm horizontal bent over cable row
- Wide grip pull up
- Flatbench one arm dumbbell row
3 sets of 12-15 reps on all (pull ups to failure)
