So I have been doing gyrotonic with @mehtappolad for almost 2 years now. I don’t do any of my workouts to get in shape (if I do, that is a super super plus, obvs!) But I work out to benefit from them mentally and spiritually. Studying Psychology in college, years of different spiritual practices, therapy, they have all helped me get somewhere but finding the workouts that transform me have been the cherry on top; in keeping me balanced in every sense. Gyrotoninc involves a lot of spine movement, so at the end of each lesson, I get a different sensation/ be it grief, Joy, And sometimes, as a blessing to my creative journey, a creative idea! 💡 So the allignment of these colors as chakra colors on this bag (and not necessarily in the order or the correct number of of chakras) came to me at the end of a #gyrotonic lesson with Mehtap. We released the bag for high summer 2022- and I was further surprised to observe how people who do not necessarily wear rainbow colors (like myself) were drawn to our Terra Chakra bag. So I wanted to put the story out there for anyone who needs a little extra reason to buy anything new. For anyone who regards new additions to wardrobes as tattoos even- little reminders that lift you up. (That you don’t have to have forever/ one can always move on from states of mind and soul.)
