. #AerialYoga First Attempt 🩸🤕🩹❤️‍🩹 Learnt quite a few tricks but then during filming towards the end of class 🧘🏼‍♂️ I got too CARRIED AWAY with the SUPERMAN POSE 🦸🏻‍♂️ I thought I knew the HAMMOCK better than I actually did 🪢 I JUMPED TOO FAST & GOT TOO CONFIDENT 😳😬 I ended up LANDING ON MY FACE , with a big SCRATCH on my CHEEK BONE, another one underneath my CHIN & my INNER LIPS got PIERCED by my TEETH 🤕🩸🫦 My BIGGEST LESSON of the day: STAY HUMBLE 🙏
