Our first Rad! Traditions session has just begun, and we’re already deep into the lore of harvest season. Our junior land stewards have spent their days exploring the unique beauty of the natural world at this time of year, gathering the season’s final blooms for drying, preserving, and making crafts with the beautiful colors of the land.
Don’t miss out on the fun! Our next session, The Milpa Project, will focus on the legacy of the Three Sisters. We’ll study the story of how this traditional poly culture of corn, beans, and squash has defined agricultural communities in our bioregion and use those ingredients to make delicious, nourishing food (and more).
The Milpa Project kicks off on Oct. 17. Don’t wait—sign up for Rad! Traditions today via the link in our bio.
