I’m sure you all have been wondering what Eric + I have been up to + it’s FINALLY time for us to share! We’ve manifested our DREAM PROPERTY in Moab, UT, and have been creating our next endeavor, together —> Our spin on a traditional Bed + Breakfast, what we are lovingly calling a STAY + PLAY! Our 6 acre desert oasis is nestled in a valley, hugged by thousand foot red cliffs + backdropped by a view of snow covered Mountains (less than 30 minutes from the door). At night, the sky is littered with stars. Our all-inclusive [travel fare not included] Stay + Play offers adventure, wellness + home-cooked delicious meals in one of the most magical places in North America. We’ve turned our upstairs guest quarters into a bio-hacker’s paradise, complete with Red Light Therapy, EMF Blocking Devices + an Infrared Sauna. Then you can take your private entrance downstairs to enjoy the Salt Water Pool, Hot Tub + Cold Plunge. Start your day by Grounding in the morning in the backyard, then enjoy your coffee while watching deer play all through the yard from the kitchen windows. We will do some breath work together, then go on your adventure of choice — Hikes, Mountain Biking, Slacklining, Paddle Sports, Canyoneering, Off Road Adventure. We can even set you up with a BASE jump! We can take an afternoon dip in natural rock water slides, then head back to the house for contrast therapy. If you’ve never done an ice bath before, we’d love to support you getting you out of your comfort zone. Then, a sunset off-road adventure to cap off the amazing day. This is your opportunity to train with an athlete, explore with a local + integrate your experience with a body-worker; for upwards of 4 days + 3 nights.
