The best crispy potatoes 👌🏽 With @maximo_mander Ingredients: 9 Dutch Yellow potatoes (large) Bunch of rosemary For chimichurri: -30g parsley -10g fresh oregano -7g grounded chili powder -1/2 garlic -olive oil (no specific q) just until you reach desired consistency -red wine vinegar (a splash) -salt . Directions: 1. Preheat your oven at 440°F/225°C 2. Wash your potatoes. Once washed grab two chop sticks. Assemble the chopsticks as shown in the video so that when you cut the potatoes, the knife doesn’t go fully through. The cuts should be as thin as possible. 3. Once you cut all of your potatoes using the chopsticks, drizzle olive oil, put a bit of rosemary and salt. 4. Bake for about 50mins at the temperature stated before 5. For the chimichurri you can either cut the ingredients by hand and mix them in a bowl or just Blend them all together using a blender 6. After 50mins remove your potatoes from the oven and let them chill for about 7 mins. 7. Brush them with the chimichurri(you can also use pesto or truffle mayonnaise) and enjoy 😉 Make sure to like and drop a follow if this helped you cook 👍
