Just grab whatever veggies you’ve got hiding in the fridge, toss everything in a pan, and dinner’s done in 10 minutes. 👏 Ingredients: 4 cups leftover rice, 1 pack green peas, 1 cup corn, 2 carrots (diced), 4 eggs, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 pack chopped ham Recipe: 1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the leftover rice. Break up any clumps. 2. Add green peas, corn, and chopped ham. Stir to combine. 3. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs and set aside. 4.
