✨ We're looking for PERFORMERS ✨ We're bringing CRIPtic Cabaret to @homemcr with @cripticarts - a celebration of local trans deaf & disabled creatives. This will form part of a double bill showcase - followed by a performance of Jamie Hale’s NOT DYING for Trans Vegas 2022. We’re looking for 3 performers who are trans and are deaf or disabled to be part of the cabaret. Within this we include genderqueer, non-binary, genderfluid, gender non-conforming, and other people who identify under the trans umbrella. By disabled we mean anyone who faces disablist barriers. We want to hear from creatives of all backgrounds, whether you’re an actor developing a solo show, a singer, or a poet. Each performance will be between 10-15 minutes long and should be ready to perform and simple to stage. We will have the day to rehearse in the theatre, a simple festival rig, and a projector & screen. The fee for the performance is £250. We will provide BSL interpreters.
