Sydney turned it on today. First road 10km in about 5 years. The hills were a shock to the system but the scenery didn’t disappoint. ⚡️⚡️ Stoked with finishing on the podium alongside gun Femmi Coach @aynsleeminnaar ⚡️⚡️ A big part of running comes from our confidence in ourselves. And just getting yourself to a start line is proof that you believe in yourself. So congrats to everyone who to that start line and threw it down.
