Deload week 🪶🪶🪶
Deloading is the process of significantly decreasing your load for the week. This is only to be done when training regularly, as it allows your body to better recover from weeks of constant physical stress on your muscles.
After 2 weeks off, my first week back was my usual routine but at a reduced volume, as well as reduced weight. This way I’ll be able to reduce fatigue and better my recovery for the next week at closer to my usual volume.
