From the project THE HEAVENS I did with @gabrielegalimbertiphoto about tax havens and the dangers they pose to our democracies. The majority of tax havens are previous British colonies and according to many historians and economists, including #nicholasshaxson that wrote the essay for our book, the British Empire has substituted its control of land with a control of global finance with the heart and brain squarely nested in the city of London.
