@lolahoboken officially launched a brand-new dinner experience, andI am BLOWN away. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with an elegant, moody cocktail lounge paired with elevated dining energy—chic, warm, and inviting. It’s giving NYC without going to the city 🍸
The LOLA partnered with Chef Brandon @bud_cooks “Bud” Carter (current chef at Olea in Spring Lake and former chef at Butcher’s Block) to design a steak, pasta, and seafood-forward menu—and it absolutely delivered. Every dish felt intentional, balanced, and beautifully executed.

The cocktail program is elevated with the martini at its core—and it’s absolutely one I’ll be returning for. The bar itself is a vibe on its own: great cocktails, great energy, and perfect for walk-ins.
