hi friends, i have a new track out called “self help mantra v.27 (head in the sand)” . click the bio link to listen on yr preferred method. its loud and emotionally messy so listen on something loud n messy. (plz no earpods, they ruin bass :/) “head in the sand” is the first track to be released from my album “we are all messy and tired” which consists of 8 songs. the rest of those 7 will be released august 19th. these songs are honestly quite painful and have been hard for me to complete, but i have been very lucky to have had my dear friends push these along and keep the spark alive. with that being said, for this track. big thank you to kyle blatchford for playing bass and guitar, but also thank you for listening to the endless versions of this track while I tweak away. your input and beautiful perspective has brought this track and all the songs in this collection to a place that I can live with <3. i am forever lucky to know you. last but very not least. thank you endlessly to the deeply talented, and one of my favorite living painters, sofia heftersmith for creating the cover artwork and lending your ears and brain to all of these songs. the extra push has meant more than i can say. this is just a lil snippet from the full album cover sofia made for this messy collection of songs and I am very excited and terrified to share the rest of the songs and her work, but in due time. thank you!
